Okura Hotel Cancellation Policy
- Hotel Okura Amsterdam is authorised, according to the Uniform Conditions of Hotel industry (U.V.H.), to charge the cancellation fee to the credit card of the customer. Once a reservation for hotel accommodation is made, either with or without breakfast, for one or more individuals, the following applies to the cancellation of this reservation.
- The cancellation fee is a percentage of total individual reservation. The grid below features the applicable cancellation fees.

- Should a room not be cancelled and the reservation goes no-show, the full reservation value will be charged to the individual guest.
- In case of an early departure, the hotel will charge the full value of the original reservation to the guest’s credit card.
- Cancellations are only guaranteed when a cancellation number has been received.
